Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This order may be cited as the East Sussex Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Eastbourne Hospitals National Health Service Trust and Hastings and Rother National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on the 1st April 2003.

(2) In this Order—

“the Establishment Order ” means the East Sussex Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Eastbourne Hospitals National Health Service Trust and Hastings and Rother National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002 .

Section 2 Amendment to East Sussex Hospitals National Health Service Trust Establishment Order

In article 3 of the Establishment Order, in paragraph (2), the words “Bexhill Hospital,” shall be omitted.
