Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as Primary Care Trusts (Dissolutions) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Section 2 Dissolution of Primary Care Trusts

(1) Each of the Primary Care Trusts established by the Primary Care Trust Establishment Orders listed in paragraph (2) is dissolved and accordingly their Establishment Orders are revoked.

(2) The Primary Care Trust Establishment Orders referred to in paragraph (1) are—

(a) The Chingford, Wanstead and Woodford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 ;

(b) The Redbridge Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 , and

(c) The Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 .
