Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Teachers’ Qualifications and Health Standards) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 21 th February 2003.

Section 2
The Education (Teachers’ Qualifications and Health Standards) (England) Regulations 1999 shall be amended as follows.
Section 3
At the end of paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 after “1993” there shall be inserted “, and as amended by the Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the Free Movement of Persons signed at Luxembourg on 21 th June 1999 ”.
