Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Weymouth and Portland (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2003.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the 2002 Order

(1) The Borough of Weymouth and Portland (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In article 6(4) the words “to 10th May 2004” shall be substituted for the words “to 5th May 2003”.
