Section 2Provisions coming into force on 11th April 2003
Section 1 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Testing) Act 1999 (in so far as it is not already in force ), sections 2, 4 and 5 of that Act, and so much of section 7 of that Act as relates to paragraph 3 of the Schedule to that Act, shall come into force on 11th April 2003.
