Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice on Video Recording of Interviews) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 18th April 2003.

Section 2Code of Practice
The revised code of practice in connection with the video recording with sound of any interview by a constable of a person detained under Schedule 7 to or section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (“ the Act ”) where the interview takes place in Northern Ireland in a police station (within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act), which was laid before Parliament in draft on 7th March 2003, is hereby brought into operation.
Section 3Code of Practice
The Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice on Video Recording of Interviews) (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 is hereby revoked.
