Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Carers and Disabled Children Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) (England) Order 2003.

(2) This Order applies to England only.

Section 2Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Carers and Disabled Children Act 2000 which are not already in force is 30th April 2003.
