Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 4th May 2003.

Section 2Revocation
Regulation 6 of the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003 is hereby revoked.
Section 3Amendment of the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003
In regulation 1(1)(a) of the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003 for the words “4 and 5” there shall be substituted “and 4 to 6”.
Section 4Amendment of the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003
After regulation 5 there shall be inserted—
Tax Credits
(6) Nothing in these Regulations shall affect the application of the Claims and Payments Regulations and the Decisions and Appeals Regulations to working families' tax credit and disabled person’s tax credit.
