Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st June 2003.

(2) This Order applies in relation to a fixed penalty offence alleged to have been committed on or after 1st June 2003.

Section 2Amendment of the Fixed Penalty Order 2000

The table in the Schedule to this Order shall be substituted for the fixed penalties table in the Schedule to the Fixed Penalty Order 2000 .
