Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 2nd June 2003.

Section 2Amendment of performance indicators

(1) Schedule 3 (investigating crime) to the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (a) of indicator number PBV7 the figure “10,000” is substituted for the figure “1,000”.
(3) In paragraph (b) of indicator number PBV8 the words “notifiable/recorded” is substituted for the word “notifiable”.
