Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

Section 2Commencement of provisions in European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003

The following provisions of the European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003 shall come into force in Gibraltar on 2nd June 2003:
(a) sections 9, 10, 26 and 27; and
(b) section 28(2) so far as it relates to those provisions.
