Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew, the Royal London Hospital and London Chest Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 20th June 2003.

(2) In this Order—

“the Establishment Order ” means the Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew, the Royal London Hospital and London Chest Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 ; and

“ the trust ” means the National Health Service Trust established by the Establishment Order.

Section 2 Increase in the number of non-executive directors of the trust

In article 4(1) of the Establishment Order (directors of the trust) the words “5 non-executive directors” shall be replaced by “6 non-executive directors”.
