Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Finance) Order 2003 and shall apply in relation to any services performed on or after 1st August 2003.

Section 2

In Group 5 of Schedule 9 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994 omit Note (2B).
