Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Aycliffe Instrument of Management (Variation) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 19 th July 2003.

Section 2Variation of the Aycliffe School Instrument of Management Order 1973

In Article 9(2) of the Aycliffe School Instrument of Management Order 1973, for “70” there shall be substituted “72”.
