Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Norton College (Change to School Session Times) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 11th August 2003.

Section 2Exemption from School Sessions Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of Norton College of Langton Rd, Norton, Malton, N Yorkshire, YO17 9PT.

Section 3Time limit

This order shall have effect until 30th September 2003.
