Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No.4) Order 2003.

Section 2

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), all the provisions of the Land Registration Act 2002 (“ the Act ”) not already in force shall come into force on 13th October 2003.

(2) The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 13th October 2004—

(a) section 98(1);

(b) paragraph 5(4) and (5) of Schedule 6 and, to the extent that it relates thereto, section 97.
