Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 11th August 2003.

Section 2 Increases in fees

(1) The International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Fees) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below for the amounts specified in column (2) substitute the amounts specified in column (3).

Section 3 Amendment of regulation 8(3) (cancellation of appointments)

In regulation 8(3), for “the fee payable by him in respect of the application for the ADR certificate shall be £2.50 and the balance of any sum tendered under regulation 7 shall be returned” substitute “any sum paid by him in respect of the application for the ADR certificate shall be returned”.
