Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 18th July 2003.

Section 2

(1) The person named in Part 1of the Schedule is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England with effect from 1st August 2003.
(2) The persons named in Part 2 of the Schedule are appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 1st September 2003.
(3) The person named in Part 3 of the Schedule is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England with effect from 1st November 2003.
