Section 1
This Order may be cited as the European Convention on Extradition (Fiscal Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 19th August 2003.

Section 2
(1) The European Convention on Extradition (Fiscal Offences) Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3 (which names the States parties to the Protocol which have accepted Chapter II ), at the appropriate point in alphabetical order, the following entry is inserted—
“South Africa”.
