Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Modification) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 19th August 2003.

Section 2Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

In subsection (6) of section 87 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end there shall be added the following paragraph—

(q) the State Pension Credit Act 2002 and the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002
