Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2003.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions

The following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 shall come into force on 15th July 2003—

(a) section 217;

(b) section 220 (and accordingly Schedules 14 and 15) and sections 221 to 224;

(c) section 245 so far as it is not already in force;

(d) section 301;

(e) section 303 so far as it is not already in force;

(f) section 423 so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 34 brought into force by sub-paragraph (h) below;

(g) Schedule 17 so far as it is not already in force; and

(h) Part II of Schedule 34 except so far as it—

(i) relates to Part II of the Transport Act 1985; or

(ii) is already in force.
