Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the School Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st September 2003.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

The School Companies Regulations 2002 are amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment of Regulations

For regulation 8(2)(d) there is substituted—

(d) the terms of service and remuneration of the executive directors shall be determined by the directors of the company on the recommendation of the remuneration committee.
