Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 shall come into force on 10th September 2003—

(a) section 155 (confiscation of sealed containers of alcohol);

(b) section 199 (repeals) in so far as it relates to the entries in paragraph (c) below; and

(c) the entries in Schedule 7 relating to—

(i) the Confiscation of Alcohol (Young Persons) Act 1997 ; and

(ii) section 12 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 .
