Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Federation of Schools (Community Schools, Community Special Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools and Maintained Nursery Schools) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st September 2003.

Section 2Amendment of the Federation of Schools (Community Schools, Community Special Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools and Maintained Nursery Schools) (England) Regulations 2003

(1) The Federation of Schools (Community Schools, Community Special Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools and Maintained Nursery Schools) (England) Regulations 2003 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 13(3) omit the word “not”.
