Section 1Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Distress for Rent (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2003 and shall come into force on 15th August 2003.

Section 2Amendments to Distress for Rent Rules 1988
In Appendix 1 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988 , for paragraph 1 substitute—
(1) For levying distress—
(i) on any debt up to and including £100 a fixed fee of
(ii) on any debt which exceeds £100 a scale fee calculated as follows:
