Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Section 2

The Regulations set out in the Schedule are approved.

Section 3

The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 2001 is revoked.
