Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st October 2003.

Section 2

In regulation 8 of the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1999 —

(a) in paragraph (1) omit “, subject to paragraph (2),”; and

(b) omit paragraphs (2) to (4).
