Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Vehicles Crime (Registration of Registration Plates Suppliers) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st March 2003.

Section 2Amendment

In regulation 7(3) of the Vehicles Crime (Registration of Registration Plate Supplies) (England and Wales) Regulations 2002 for “Section 24(3)” there shall be substituted “Section 24(4)”.
