Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (Amendment) Order 2003, and shall come into force on 28th September 2003.

Section 2Amendment of nominated undertaker appointment

The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999 is amended by, in articles 3(2)(b) and 3(2)(c) after “section 14”, inserting “(1)(b)”.
