Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (Increase of Endowment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day after it is made.

Section 2Increase of endowment
For the purposes of increasing the amount of the endowment of the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (“ NESTA ”), the Secretary of State is to be permitted to pay to NESTA the sum of £95,000,000 out of the money held in the National Lottery Distribution Fund and allocated, in accordance with section 22(3)(f) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 , for expenditure on or connected with health, education or the environment.
