Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Lifespan Health Care Cambridge National Health Service Trust and the North West Anglia Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 7th October 2003.

(2) In this Order—

“the Establishment Order ” means the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Lifespan Health Care Cambridge National Health Service Trust and the North West Anglia Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002 ; and

“ the trust ” means the National Health Service Trust established by the Establishment Order.

Section 2 Increase in the number of non-executive directors of the trust

In article 4 of the Establishment Order (directors of the trust) “5 non-executive directors” shall be replaced by “6 non-executive directors”.
