(1) This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (No 2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 13th October 2003.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Land Registration Act 2002.
(1) For the period of ten years beginning with the day on which Schedule 1 to the Act comes into force, it has effect with the insertion at the end of—
(16) A right in respect of the repair of a church chancel.
(2) For the period of ten years beginning with the day on which Schedule 3 to the Act comes into force, it has effect with the insertion at the end of—
(16) A right in respect of the repair of a church chancel.
