Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Visual Recording of Interviews) (Certain Police Areas) (Revocation) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st November 2003.

Section 2Revocations

The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Visual Recording of Interviews) (Certain Police Areas) Order 2002 and the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Visual Recording of Interviews) (Certain Police Areas) ( No. 2) Order 2002 are hereby revoked.
