Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003.

Section 2Commencement of provisions

The Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 shall come into force on 31st October 2003 immediately after the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 have come into force.
