The Access to Justice Act 1999 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2003
Section 2
Section 50 (funding of Ombudsman by professional bodies), section 51 and Schedule 8 (Commissioner) and section 52 (Commissioner’s functions) of the Access to Justice Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st November 2003.
