Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 15th November 2003—

(a) section 24 (consultation on regulations) to the extent not already in force;

(b) section 87 (police members of NCS ) to the extent not already in force;

(c) section 91 (supplementary provisions about police membership of NCS) to the extent not already in force; and

(d) paragraph 1(2)(a) of Schedule 4.
