Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the National Crime Squad (Senior Police Members) (Appeals) (Revocation) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 15th November 2003.

Section 2Revocation and transitional provisions
(1) Subject to the following provisions of this article, the National Crime Squad (Senior Police Members) (Appeals) Order 1998 is hereby revoked.
(2) In relation to an appeal against a decision made in accordance with the National Crime Squad (Discipline) (Senior Police Members) Regulations 1998 —
(a) nothing in the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999 shall apply, and
(b) the National Crime Squad (Senior Police Members) (Appeals) Order 1998 shall continue to have effect.
