These Regulations may be cited as the M62 Motorway (City of Liverpool) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 10th November 2003.

The M62 Motorway (City of Liverpool) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2003
Section 2Imposition of speed limit
No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on a length of the westbound carriageway of the M62 Motorway from the boundary of the City of Liverpool to a point 985 metres west of that boundary.
