Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Israel) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 6th November 2003.

Section 2

In this Order an Article referred to by number alone means the Article so numbered in the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Israel) Order 1971 .

Section 3

In Article 3—

(a) for “superior courts” substitute “recognised courts”; and

(b) after “The District Courts;” insert “The Magistrates' Courts;”.

Section 4

In each of Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 for “superior court” substitute “recognised court”.
