Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

Section 2Commencement of provisions

The following provisions of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 shall come into force on 31st October 2003—
(a) section 111 (highways: snow and ice); and
(b) section 115 (railways in London: information).
