Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Revocation of Spent Provisions) (England) Regulations 2003.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 30th November 2003.

Section 2Revocations

(1) The Regulations listed in Part 1 of the Schedule (which have effect only in relation to England) are hereby revoked to the extent specified here.

(2) The Regulations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule are hereby revoked in relation to England to the extent specified here.
