This order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 10th November 2003.

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 2003
A safety zone is hereby established around each installation specified in column 1 of the Schedule hereto (being an installation stationed in waters to which subsection (7) of section 21 of the Act applies) having a radius of five hundred metres from the point as respects that installation which has the co-ordinates of latitude and longitude according to European Datum (1950) specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule.
(1) In Schedule 1 to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 1997 —
(a) in the entry relating to Balmoral Well 16/21A-7z, for “01° 08− 17.94' E” in column 3 there shall be substituted “01° 06− 17.94' E”;
(b) in the entry relating to Saltire Wellhead Protection Unit—
(i) for “50° 25− 31.03'” in column 2 there shall be substituted “58° 25− 31.04'”; and
(ii) for “00° 22− 5.1' E” in column 3 there shall be substituted “00° 22− 5.34' E”; and
(c) the following entries are deleted—
(i) Durward 1 Wellheads;
(ii) Durward 2 Wellheads; and
(iii) Dauntless Wellheads.
(2) In the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 1997 , for “Osprey/Dunlin – Development Well” in column 1 there shall be substituted “Osprey/Dunlin – Development Well 211/23a-13”.
(3) In the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 1999 , for “Buckland Development Field Block Well 9/18a-4” in column 1 there shall be substituted “Buckland Development Field Block Well 9/18a-28”.
