These Regulations may be cited as the Advanced Television Services (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 17th November 2003.

Section 2
In the definition of “wide-screen television service” in regulation 3 of the Advanced Television Services Regulations 2003 , for “height-width ratio” there shall be substituted “width-height ratio”.
