Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Qualifying Judicial Offices) (Amendment) Order 2003 and comes into force on 8th December 2003.

The Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Qualifying Judicial Offices) (Amendment) Order 2003
Section 2
In Part 2 of Schedule 1 (offices which may be qualifying judicial offices) to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993—
(a) in the entry relating to a member of a panel constituted under section 6(1) of the Social Security Act 1998, omit the words after “Social Security Act 1998”; and
(b) in the entry relating to a member of a panel constituted under Article 7(1) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 , omit the words after “Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998”.
Section 3
The Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Certain Qualifying Judicial Offices) (Amendment) Order 2002 shall be revoked.
