Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Merchant Navy Reserve) (Revocation) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 15th December 2003.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping (Merchant Navy Reserve) Regulations 1989 are hereby revoked.
