Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Code of Practice on Equal Pay Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st December 2003.

The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice on Equal Pay, to be issued by the Commission under subsections (7) and (9) of section 56A of the Act in the form of the draft laid before Parliament on 8th July 2003, is 1st December 2003.
