Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st December 2003.

The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
Section 2
(1) The form 169 set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 is prescribed only for the purposes of section 169(1) of the Companies Act 1985 (“ the Act ”).
(2) The forms 169(1B) and 169A(2) set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, are the forms prescribed for the purposes of section 169(1B) and section 169A(2) of the Act respectively.
