Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 28th November 2003.

In Schedule 1 (identification of stations and postcode districts) to the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988 , in column 1—
(a) for “Craibstone” substitute “Dyce (Aberdeen Airport)”; and
(b) for “Woodford” substitute “Ringway (Manchester Airport)”.
