Section 1Citation and commencement.

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) (Exception) (England) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

Section 2Removal of requirement to publish revised plan.

Regulation 5(3)(b) of the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) Regulations 1998 shall not apply to the local education authorities listed in the Schedule.
