Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2003.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002.

Section 2Appointed day

1st December 2003 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 22 of the Act (abolition of Community Health Councils in England), in so far as it is not already in force .
